Bitcoin trading volume hits a new record in Argentina after the ban on buying cryptocurrencies with credit card.
We mentioned in a previous article that the Central Bank of Argentina has banned the purchase of Bitcoin BTC or other cryptocurrency by credit card to protect the national currency and limit the purchase of dollars USD by the people in Argentina.
Prohibition that also applies to other cryptocurrency of Ethereum, XRP, LTC, etc…
The Bitcoin exchange volume was gradually rising in Argentina and since the entry into force of this ban on the purchase of Bitcoin by credit card, the volume has steadily increased.
By prohibiting the purchase of BTC by credit card, the opposite effect occurs and more people want to buy Bitcoin in response to the economic and financial crisis in the country.
